- ShipImageService @PostConstruct로 85K IMO 인메모리 캐시 로드
- RecentVesselPositionDto에 shipImagePath, shipImageCount 필드 추가
- VesselPositionService에서 imo 기반 O(1) lookup으로 사진 정보 주입
- ShipImageRepository에 이미지 수 포함 쿼리 추가
