- V025 마이그레이션: admin 그룹 하위 3개 메뉴 등록
  - LGCNS MLOps (AI 플랫폼, nav_sort=350)
  - AI 보안 (감사·보안, nav_sort=1800)
  - AI Agent 보안 (감사·보안, nav_sort=1900)
- 페이지 컴포넌트 3개 신규 생성
- componentRegistry, i18n(ko/en) 반영
